Training
At KlariT we have developed several training programs in order to meet all the requirements of our Clients. In particular we developed specific courses for Oil & Gas topics focused on different levels of trainees. Starting from a complete assessment of the Company’s competencies we are able to tailor our Training activities to the right level of audience and assure the best approach for a quick understanding of the Training content. Every program is based on theoretical sessions (classroom) and practical sessions (on-the-job); at the end of the course each trainee is required to pass a final test in order to receive the Training Certificate.
