KlariT’s policy is to focus on hiring local Kazakh while providing international knowledge back-up from Parent Company and Selected Partnership’s. This is achieved using the following strategies:

  • Actively source qualified and skilled national employees
  • Develop links and co-operate with local Universities to find employment for qualified graduates
  • Increase the number of national employed citizens
  • Promote training and know-how development of nationals employed through courses, coaching and “on the job” training
  • Co-operate with our Clients to organize training for national personnel on secondment to our Clients
  • Co-operate with Parent Company to provide technology and know-how transfer
  • Co-operate with Business Partners to provide technology and know-how transfer
